The Patonga Pearl has just undergone a major interior renovation with all bedrooms, living spaces and kitchen getting the full going over. Offering modern rooms, fully equipped kitchen, dining table for 12 and a spectacular lighting design show casing interesting artworks and amazing furniture.

The newly built loft cabin provides a great getaway for kids or extended family consisting of a living room, kitchenette , bathroom and laundry, downstairs and bedroom upstairs (please note, there are roughly 6 steep stairs to the bedroom)..

Throughout Bouddi National Park, Mount Ettalong, and Box Head, visitors can enjoy the best of the Central Coast's beaches, hiking trails, and lookouts.

Please note - There are currently building works happening next door which may cause noise disturbances.v

A 10 minute drive to Umina and Ettalong provides you with markets, cinemas, ferry services, supermarkets, and restaurants or walk to Patonga through the beautiful national park to the famous Boathouse at Patonga.
* 4 bedroom house + 1 bedroom loft
* Bedrooms consisting of 1 x king, 1 x queen, 1 x double & 2 singles.
*The 2 story loft is detached from the main house contains air-conditioning, living/TV room, kitchenette, bathroom, laundry and queen bed. Please note there are roughly 6 steep steps to the loft bedroom.
* 2 bathrooms, main in house with a bath and the other is located in the loft.
* Private front yard with back yard flowing onto the water
* Dyson and oil heaters in rooms
* Air-conditioning in loft only (not main house) & fans in bedrooms of the main house
* Dining for 12 people
* Front and back dining to take advantage of the weather
* Enjoy fire pit by the water or Chimney in Courtyard
* Short stroll to Ferry and infamous Boat House Hotel or easy Fish & Chips to take away
* Linen provided, just bring your beach towels
* Stand up paddle boards and Lily Pads for use at guest own risk.
* Wifi

Portacoat and high chair are available to hire - subject to availability.

House Rules:
- We have a strict no party policy and ask that our neighbours be considered at all times please keep noise to a minimum, especially when using the outdoor areas
- No more than 5 additional visitors to enter the property without permission
- Visitors must depart before 10pm
- Number of guests sleeping at the property must not exceed that on the booking request
- Please keep noise to a minimum between 10 PM 8 AM
- Smoking is not permitted anywhere on the property
- Pets are strictly not permitted at this property

As this home is being offered as a short-term rental, we kindly ask our guests to familiarise themselves with the short-term rental code of conduct, in particular part 2.5 which refers to the rights and obligations of the guest. This will help ensure your stay is enjoyed without interruption.
