Pet Friendly Policy: This property is pet friendly with prior approval
from the owners. Pets are to be kept off carpeted areas, beds,
couches, cushions and other soft furnishings. Additional cleaning
fees will apply if pets mark or soil these areas, or leave excessive
fur or dirt behind.

Please note there are are a number of staircases in this property -
something to be aware of if you have guests in your party with
limited mobility.

As this beautiful home is being offered as a short-term rental, we
kindly ask our guests to familiarise themselves with the short-term

Security DepositA security deposit of $1000.00 will be required prior to check in and is refundable once the property has been checked for damage, accidents or non adherence to house rules.
Terms & ConditionsHouse Rules: Please be aware of the NSW Code of Conduct for guests of STRA. Only bookings for the purpose of a quiet getaway can be accepted. No parties, events or excessive noise at any time. We do not accept school leaver, hens, bucks or parties of any kind. Please be aware of our noise curfew between 10pm and 7am and we ask that you respect our neighbours at all times. Smoking is not permitted in the house or on the property grounds. Sorry we cannot accept any further guests other than those indicated at time of booking. Please ensure pets stay off funriture and out of bedrooms, are not left unattended if they wil disturb neigbours and please clean up after your pet.
