are two balconies seat up with seating and one also has a BBQ.

The kitchen, dining and living quarters are of a great size for a unit
offering plenty of space to accommodate your family. There is a
separate dining room, a lounge room that flows out to one of the
balconies and a large kitchen. There is also a sperate laundry off the
kitchen as well.

The two bedrooms have air conditioning, ceiling fans and built-in
robes. The bathroom is very large with a shower and separate bath
(which is uncommon to find in a unit) here is also a vanity and
sperate toilet.
