This three bedroom completely renovated unit is in a prime location overlooking the famous Woorim beach and right in the town center. Park the car in the secure lock up garage and walk to everything! Please note there is two units avaliable for holiday let in this compex which make it a perfect spot to bring extended family or friends as you can book both units.

The unit has a large open plan kitchen with all the essentials and brand-new appliances. There is a comfortable lounge room with a smart TV and a fold out dining room table set as well as a breakfast bar off the kitchen.

The master bedroom has air conditioning, a queen size bed, walk in robe and ensuite. This bedroom also has private access to the balcony which you can catch a glimpse of the water from as well.
The other two bedrooms have built in robes, ceiling fans and share the use of the main bathroom. Bedroom two has a queen size bed and bedroom three has two single beds with two single trundles. The main bathroom has a shower, full bath tub, vanity, and separate toilet. There is a full, private use laundry in your garage as well.

The unit has a balcony that wraps around the full length of the unit which you can see the water from. There are tables and chairs on the balcony so you can sit back and enjoy as well. The unit accepts one small dog on application which we request to stay outside when possible.
