This large split level holiday house has your family sorted. In a prime location directly opposite the beach and the center of town a stroll down the street, the location can't get
much better.

The house has been designed with families in mind. Upstairs is open plan with a large well-equipped kitchen, dining room, huge living area and separate games room. There is
also a bathroom and bedroom with a queen size bed.

Downstairs you will find two air conditioned bedrooms both fitted with two single beds each that can be pushed together to make a king sized bed (supply own King linen) There
is a second bathroom and a double lock up garage for secure parking. The property has a large undercover area with a table and chairs setting and a BBQ.

You will find all the extras here to keep everyone happy from board games and books to a Ping pong table and basketball game. The yard is fully fenced for your dog and there is
lovely gardens and trees to provide complete privacy.

Accommodates 6: 1 x Queen bed & 4 x Single beds

Linen is included in with your booking for the main beds. Linen is left on the bottom of each bed for guests upon arrival. This will include all linen other than pool/beach towels.
Please note bookings made before May 1st 2023 do not include linen unless hired for an additional cost.

A $50 non-refundable pet fee per dog applies.

A pre-authorised bond of $1000 will be held on your credit card upon check in. This will be released to your credit card when the property has been inspected and approved after
your vacate.

SPECIAL TERMS!! As we are situated in a quiet, residential setting our home is suited to responsible, mature guests who will respect the privacy of our neighbours. All guests must
be over the age of 25 years or accompanied by a parent or persons of age to be a legal guardian at all times. There is no smoking allowed in the house. We reserve the right to
terminate the tenancy at any time if conduct is deemed inappropriate.
