The lower level of this home features an open plan kitchen, dining and living area that flows out on to the completely screen undercover outdoor area. The laundry and third toilet are on this level as well and the yard is completely fenced for the kids and dog.

Upstairs you will find the master bedroom with an ensuite and large walk in robe. Bedrooms two and three are upstairs as well along with the main bathroom.

This house offers some extra luxuries like unlimited wifi and air conditioning in living room for comfort. And makes a great place to relax after a long day exploring our beautiful island and surrounds.

*An additional $50 pet fee per dog (max 2 dogs) is required when you bring a dog with you.

Accomodates 6: 1 x King Bed, 1 x Queen Bed, 2 x Single Beds, 2 x Single Matresses that can be pulled into one of the rooms.

*Please note that 11 Doomba Drive is right next door and is also a holiday rental. For larger groups, extended family or friends you can book both houses to accomodate up to 14 people.

A pre-authorised bond of $500 will be held on your credit card upon check in. This will be released to your credit card when the property has been inspected and approved after your vacate.

As we are situated in a quiet, residential setting our home is suited to responsible, mature guests who will respect the privacy of our neighbours. All guests must be over the age of 25 years or accompanied by a parent or persons of age to be a legal guardian at all times. There is no smoking allowed in the house and sorry no pets on the premises. We reserve the right to terminate the tenancy at any time if conduct is deemed inappropriate.

ParkingThere is secure parking for one car under the carport and plenty of free on street parking on Dommba Drive or along the other side of the property on Kangaroo Ave.
Security DepTo ensure a seamless and delightful experience, a pre-authorized bond of $1000 will be temporarily held on your credit card prior to check-in. Rest assured, this amount will be promptly released upon completion of a thorough inspection and approval after your departure.
