The cottage is a few minutes walk (400m) from main beach (seasonal patrolled) and the town centre. Offering multiple cafes, clubs, restaurants and shops as well as walking and biking paths, playgrounds and exercise stations. You are also five minutes drive from the famous Sandstone Point Hotel and many other of the islands highlights.

*Please note this is a duplex. The other duplex at the back of the block is occupied by other residence at times. There is no access to the back half of this property as it belongs to the other dwellings occupants.

Linen is included in with your booking. Linen is left on the bottom of each bed for guests upon arrival. This will include all linen other than beach towels. Please do not forget to bring these with you.

A pre-authorised bond of up to $500 will be held on your credit card upon check in. This will be released to your credit card when the property has been inspected and approved after your vacate.
