walk in robe. There are two rooms containing two single beds and a fourth bedroom with a queen size bed. All bedrooms have built in wardrobes. There is also a family bathroom on the top floor.

The main level of the home contains a kitchen, a large family room, a dining room, and front and back decks. The back deck has a family size BBQ overlooking the tropical style in-ground pool. Beside
the pool is a hot and cold shower, great for rinsing off when returning from the beach.

The ground floor of the home provides an additional large living space with TV, toilet and laundry.

The property provides off street parking for 2+ cars.
