On the west wing of the house is the 5th bedroom with a king size bed and private ensuite, TV and reverse cycle airconditioning. The games room has a billiard table, 'foosball' table, very large flat screen TV and slow combustion fire set in stone. Outside is a tennis court with pavilion, covered parking and landscaped gardens. There is even a glass observation room so that the views can be enjoyed to the full.

Cancellation PolicyIf a booking is cancelled within one (1) month prior to arrival, 100% cancellation fee is incurred with no refunds. However, if we are able to rebook the property a refund maybe offered. Cancellation outside one (1) month prior to arrival a $120 cancellation fee will be charged, and all remaining deposit will be refunded.
