There is a newly installed internal combustion fireplace for those cold winter nights (guests to bring their own firewood).

The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances such as the coffee machine with grinder, dishwasher, cooktop and steam oven. The glass bi-folding doors open out to one of the three balconies with gas Weber BBQ.
Upstairs is the main bathroom with separate toilet and bath/shower room as well as all 4 bedrooms, including the master with Ensuite. Three bedrooms have queen beds with the fourth using a double bed.

Three of the bedrooms, including the master all have French doors that open out to the large rear deck with outdoor furniture and enclosed outdoor fire.

There are full laundry facilities available on this level as well.

Cancellation PolicyIf a booking is cancelled within one (1) month prior to arrival, 100% cancellation fee is incurred with no refunds. However, if we are able to rebook the property a refund maybe offered. Cancellation outside one (1) month prior to arrival a $120 cancellation fee will be charged, and all remaining deposit will be refunded.
House RulesStrictly NO parties, functions, excessive noise, or additional visitors allowed and no pets (unless authorised) or smoking permitted. This property can sleep a maximum of 10, with 7 adults in total. We ask you to be considerate short-term neighbours and adhere our quiet time between 10pm and 7am. Your rights and our expectations are outlined in 'Code of Conduct for the Short-term Rental Accommodation Industry NSW'. Please review our full T&C's prior to booking.
