Cancellation PolicyIf a booking is cancelled within one (1) month prior to arrival, 100% cancellation fee is incurred with no refunds. However, if we are able to rebook the property a refund maybe offered. Cancellation outside one (1) month prior to arrival a $120 cancellation fee will be charged, and all remaining deposit will be refunded.
House RulesDUE TO THE NATURE OF THE LOCATION JET SKIS ARE NOT PERMITTED AT THE PROPERTY or BEING DRIVEN TO THE PROPERTY AT ANY TIME. (failure to do so will breach T&C's) Strictly NO parties, functions, excessive noise, or additional visitors allowed and no pets (unless authorised) or smoking permitted. We ask you to be considerate short-term neighbours and adhere our quiet time between 10pm and 7am. Your rights and our expectations are outlined in Code of Conduct for the Short-term Rental Accommodation Industry NSW . Please review our full T&C's prior to booking.
Security DepositSecurity Deposit: $1,500 Disclaimer: Please note that a security bond is required prior to the release of keys for all bookings. Access to the property will not be granted until this requirement is met.
